I don't understand Klein. He sits in the booth where he can see how plays develop (or don't develop). I can't imagine what he thought he was seeing when he kept calling runs up the middle.

But yes, he has to go (and take the DB coach with him).

I don't want to speak ill of our guys but the DB's is a talent issue, in Elko's style of D you need great DB's and we are thin there and in some spots in our d line…With as bad as they gashed us in the run we had to stack up the box and that will Leave us somewhat exposed…and a decent OC can take advantage. Yes there weee some assignment issues but I think that is WAY more fixable than the play calling/ Klein without firing him.

Some of you old heads have this idea that unless this offense is bombing it 50yds every play, it's a failure. Klein has done the absolute BEST job he could have with what we've got and all that has occurred. How you can watch this defense and not immediately know it's the issue is beyond me. Hard to argue that Klein hasn't completely mastered running to the middle of the line for little or no gain or a loss.

Klein is a mechanic with no imagination.
