Good, please never post again. Quitters should quit here as well, y'all are pathetic.

Only happy if things go your way all the time. Life sucks sometimes and you gotta fight thru it.

Gee thanks. You positivity is so refreshing.

You are dumb and petty. When you sober up, see if your mommy will give you a hug.

All the time?! I would just settle for once! Great facilities, great recruiting, high paid coaches but not a conference since 98, no NC since 39, and one of four SEC teams to never be in the championship game. Meanwhile, the sips will get there in year 1. We had an opportunity to be somebody this year and go out and blow it against a hapless team by getting blown out for the first quarter, fighting back to take a late lead, the blowing it again in the last 2 minutes. If you're not mad about it, you must be largely disinterested.

We need to find a few more pieces to make this team complete. In general, I think we are ahead of where we expected to be with Elko year one. At the same time, we should be better than where we are.

Adversity is life.
Either buck up and fight, or throw in the towel and hope the welfare checks can float you

Real world don't give a **** about your feelings

Fight. In everything.
Or don't.

Building a team is a mirage in today's world. We brought in the talent to win this year. Our coaching didn't meet the challenge. In my experience, overly conservative coaches don't change much going forward.

We are not recruiting to a level that will close the gap. It takes good coaching and good players. I thought that Elko would at least bring back an elite defense, but we are worse than we were last year. Bottom line, is we have to recruit better if we want to win at a high level. We are not. We are recruiting to a mid-tier SEC team, which, unfortunately appears all that we will ever be.

We had a golden opportunity to change that narrative. Tonight we squandered it.

Whether it's the fault of the players or the coaches, Aggie football shows its ass on the national stage when the lights are the brightest.

It's a tradition.

Yes, but we always squander it. We had a chance when Johnny was here, but Sumlin squandered it. We had a chance when Jimbo was here, but we squandered it. You would have thought that we would have lucked into one elite coach after Bryant, but just one terrible hire after another.

I actually liked that play call, Daniels just **** the bed

Yeah, throw the ball to a guy that has five receptions all year.

Brilliant call.
Everyone is gonna look to blame players, but at some point the coaches gotta make the right calls and put them team in positions to win

I would expect players at this caliber to simply catch a ball thrown at them regardless of 'number of attempts'.

Twice in a row there. Last time by an interim head coach. Just can't get out of our own way.

This was a very frustrating loss. After we trailed Auburn 21-0 with 13:09 left in the 2nd quarter, we went on a 31-7 run to take a 31-28 lead with 4:05 left before Auburn tied the game at 31 to force overtime. We subsequently lose 43-41 in the 4th overtime because Amari Daniels dropped a 2-point attempt. As a result, we have lost 2 consecutive road games to drop to 8-3 (5-2 SEC). The only good news is that a home win over Texas would give us our first ever SEC Championship Game appearance. I noticed several other trends.

1. Auburn snapped a 5-game home losing streak to Power 4 teams by beating a Power 4 team at home for the first time since a 27-13 home win over Mississippi State on 10/28/23, 392 days ago or 56 weeks ago.

2. We are the 2nd Power 4 team to lost to Auburn and the first Power 4 team to lose at Jordan-Hare Stadium this season.

3. We have lost 2 straight road games and 3 of our last 4 road games at Auburn since 2018 to drop to 4-3 at Jordan-Hare Stadium

4. The home team has won the last 4 meetings in the Auburn vs Texas A&M series. Before that, the road team won 8 of the first 9 meetings, and the only exception was when we blew a 24-14 lead with 5:14 left to lose 28-24 at Auburn on 11/3/2018.

5. We finished 2-2 in true road games. That is much better than 0-4 in each of the last two years, but we have lost 12 of 14 road games, dating back to a 29-19 road loss at Ole Miss on 11/13/2021.

That was a great call but shouldn't be throwing to Daniels. This game was lost on the last drive of regulation when Elko and Bateman lost their balls. Get into the soft coverages to start the drive and let them get rolling. Put Lockhart in for York and leave gaping running lanes. The same can also be said for running three plays on our last offensive series without making a serious effort to finish the game then and there. Elko isn't going to last long with this mentality…we've lived with that horse**** for decades and tonight it blew up a defining season. No excuse.

Correction, it was DeShields, not Lockhart.

My sentiments as well. So clear we lack the confidence to keep our boots on their necks. Prevent offense and defense.

3 critical mistakes by the offense. All easy drops. First, Theo's drop of an easy catch that cost points, 3 or 7. Second, Marcel dropping the snap, which prevented us from running out the clock. 3rd, Amari on the final play of the game. All mental errors. Not the unforgiveable kind, like jumping offsides on 4th and 4, but almost impossible to overcome.

Yep. Needed to throw the ball and take a chance. Still 3 minutes to go. No reason to go conservative.
