This game was really lost in regular time.

Year number 47 of shear disappointment. Even with the success and excitement of 2012, we still didn't get it done and that was the best team I've ever seen take the field for Texas A&M.

Name 1. ESPN had their best wins against Vandy and Arkansas. Absolutely butt****ed on national TV by Georgia, was only beating Arkansas by 3 until a fumble.

Defense got exposed in the first quarter. That's on the coaches. Maybe the scout team didn't give a good look during practice, but that's two SEC games in a row where the D doesn't look prepared early in the game!

The team fought back but Reed had butterfingers in the last drive in regular time which prevented the team from dictating how the game would end. Very disappointing result!

That was a great call but shouldn't be throwing to Daniels. This game was lost on the last drive of regulation when Elko and Bateman lost their balls. Get into the soft coverages to start the drive and let them get rolling. Put Lockhart in for York and leave gaping running lanes. The same can also be said for running three plays on our last offensive series without making a serious effort to finish the game then and there. Elko isn't going to last long with this mentality…we've lived with that horse**** for decades and tonight it blew up a defining season. No excuse.

This. Elko had a playing not to lose mentality. He also should have taken over for Bateman way sooner in the game instead of half way through the third. You can tell he started calling the defense but then went into prevent on the final regulation series.

This loss doesn't fall on the players. The coaches lost it in the last 2 minutes of regulation with their feeble approach to closing out the game. We all but gifted them the ball back for a final drive then quit pressuring the QB and let them move down the field. Hell we could have easily lost it in regulation after that **** show.

I didn't watch much Duke FB last year but they also lost some big games late due to not controlling the end of the game. We had a chance here…one first down and it was over. Despite losing 5 on first, we just ran the ball…to get the timeouts from a team that is accustomed to going hurry up! BFD!
