There's a uniform tracker thread somewhere here. If I recall, there is only one combo of M/W helmet, jerseys, and pants that we haven't done yet this year. I guess we're saving it for the postseason!

Edit: Yeah we haven't done W/W/M yet. Which, admittedly, is an odd combo. But it would be cool to do every combination in a season.

This is not an unusual color matchup. There's enough contrast.

The MSU game this year was a mess.

Disagree on there being enough contrast. In a sea of white helmets and white pants, just asking for trouble hoping navy shirts are enough to help the split second decisions needed by the QB in a hostile night game away from home.

And to Artorias. Go look at # of turnovers at Miss State and compare that to every other away game/conner's games performance historically and report back.

I can't believe the decision makers would do such a foolish thing at to wear all white. Hell…. I can't believe they would wear all black for a night game. Just think how hard it was for our QB not being able to see the players once the sun went down (stadium lights be damned).

If the team wears icy whites means Elko has to wear white pants and white tu tu as a top with a huge maroon block T on it. If we win, the superstitious argument should begin on what the team and Elko should wear on the road moving forward

Not really... Back in the day, I played against plenty of teams who wore the same color helmet as us. As a QB, you're scanning the field looking at jersey color. In my opinion, there will be no issues since one team is wearing navy and the other white.

In reality, the players and coaches do this "for a living". If they had any concerns over wearing the same color helmet, I'm pretty sure someone would speak up and make a change prior to the game. They have access to the internet, just like us and I'm positive they are aware of the color selection Auburn has made.

I think it will be fine.
