Not really... Back in the day, I played against plenty of teams who wore the same color helmet as us. As a QB, you're scanning the field looking at jersey color. In my opinion, there will be no issues since one team is wearing navy and the other white.
In reality, the players and coaches do this "for a living". If they had any concerns over wearing the same color helmet, I'm pretty sure someone would speak up and make a change prior to the game. They have access to the internet, just like us and I'm positive they are aware of the color selection Auburn has made.
