Theres a lot to be frustrated with from this game, but mostly not things people are whining about.

There's so many problems tonight that you can make a long list and that is the exact problem.

A problem that can't be fixed, depth. We all have to pray that we don't keep up with these injuries. It's like the plague

I just mean if you played football, you'd know you're dead tired at that point. It might be a nice distraction when you lose though.

I am glad we came away with a 26-20 win over Bowling Green, but this was a very uninspiring win. I knew Bowling Green would not be a cakewalk, but I still expected a double-digit home victory. Because we were just 1/4 in the Red Zone, we could not even score 30 points. Also, we were fortunate that Bowling Green missed a field goal after blocking punt blocked inside our own 10-yard line. In addition, running back Le'Veon Moss had a critical fumble that kept Bowling Green in the game all the way until the onside kick.

In contrast, Arkansas came away with a 10-point road win at Auburn. We must clean up a lot of things to beat Arkansas next Saturday.

I think honestly that result is the best of both worlds, they won and the coaches have plenty to get on them this week heading into the bulk of the SEC schedule. Get to work on Monday and go win in Dallas then get a big home game vs a very beatable Mizzou team.
I would MUCH rather have a 30 point victory over Bowling Green. If they can't find things to work on in the game film, they shoudln't be coaching.

There is no sugar coating this. We survived a real scare, where we played very poorly and got very lucky the other team's QB didn't make us pay for our many mistakes.

I'm not saying the season is lost or anything. But we sure look a WHOLE lot further away from where we need to be heading into SEC play than any of us thought we would be. This could be a painful rebuilding year... or two.

Where have I heard that before?

Arkansas isn't great, Mizzou is not has good as that number next to their name, Miss state is bad, LSU has lots of issues, South Carolina can grasp defeat from the jaws of victory, Auburn is well .... Auburn... no one of this schedule outside of Texas is a great team. Just gotta keep working and getting better.. I personally enjoy watching this team play... feels like a team that cares and plays hard each other and that type of stuff will carry you a long way.

What the hell was App State? Cmon now, another explosive play or two and we lose again to a team we are paying to play but this time it's after firing a coach that did just that

We survived a close game, yes. We survived a "real scare?" No. Thats in the minds of the idiot broadcasters making out like this was the most epic game they've ever seen in hopes of moving up to the big time. Bowling Green managed to survive many plays where they would have lost if they didn't get a result. A&M was never in danger of losing in reality. Bowling Green never even possessed the ball in a situation where if they scored they would take the lead the entire game.

More likely, bot-assisted. But it has been pointed out that there is no specific prohibition on AI usage in the fora.

Brother, is there an Aggie-specific Turing test you could pass for us at this moment?

Yes. Iraq2xVeteran's posts, especially those on the Baseball Board, to summarize the end of games, are always written like a ChatGPT AI summary.

I mean, I appreciate your optimism. But we aren't any different from anyone else on that list. They all have players that care and play hard for eachother. That's just par for the course at this level. We have just as many problems, if not more, but also with a brand new coaching staff.

I wouldn't expect any magical turn arounds this year. If we see progress, growth, improvement- that's what we need to look for. Sadly, that very well might only add up to 7-8 wins this year.

Hog's are dependent on Traylen Green to scramble, he hasn't had a Turner or Scourton on his rear. Actually the Hogs haven't played a strong defense yet. We should be stronger on both sides of the Line. Green throws interceptions. They have a RB who's going to run on us. Elko needs to load up the box, stop the run, and make them throw.

If we, as fans, aren't looking deep into this poor performance then we are nothing more than sunshine pumpers who hope for better things without realizing that we have lots of problems.

Rah rah rah we're the Aggies doesn't win games. I don't get how you can be anywhere close to content with what we have seen so far this season.

Our history, like all, repeats. It seems to be doing so yet again

Actually Arkansas is not "in contrast" lol.. Auburns QB threw 4 interceptions, 5 turnovers. Arkansas struggled big time. They even temporarily benched Taylen Green because he's so inconsistent. Bowling Green would dominate Arkansas. '
