That is ALL that matters at this point in Elko's rookie HC year.

All you fans being overly critical, only doing yourself a disservice. Enjoy an amazing victory. We are 1-0 in SEC play and tied for 1st place!!!!

We beat them in the swamp with their QB1/2 and RB1 and we started our QB2 freshman, his first true road game, and it was the SEC opener when things mattered more for the gators

If Florida had Lagway/Mertz and Montrell, sips would have given up more points and Florida would have maintained better TOP limiting Texas scoring opportunities. Probably would have been closer to 38-24

FL is a solid team when they have Lagway/Mertz running the offense. The 3rd string guy is booty cheeks.

Was tu struggling in the 2nd half or did they just go in cruise mode? Florida out scored them in the 2nd half. Hard to imagine tu would pull back and play soft, but they are donghorns.

If Florida had Graham Mertz or DJ Lagway, the Florida vs Texas game would have been much closer, probably 42-24. While Texas got to play an injury-riddled Florida at home, we crushed an intact Florida team 33-20 on the road in week 3. Both Graham Mertz and DJ Lagway played that game. Yet, we led Florida 33-7 with 5:29 left in the 3rd quarter before cruising to a 33-20 road win.

Starters were being pulled early in the third quarter when it was like 42-0

Florida had a rough, rough schedule and a ton of injuries. They aren't as bad as they showed yesterday

They will likely fire Napier. I think they'll be making a mistake. They were headed in a better direction before the injuries mounted imo.

Florida was missing 14 players against Texas...including their first and second string quarterbacks.

Wild to have that many injuries.

I just saw they announced they are keeping Napier. I don't really have a dog in the hunt but I liked what I saw of Napier at UL and thought he got dealt a tough hand at Florida so glad to see they went that way.

Agreed. Y'all really haven't played anyone besides Georgia this year and we're finding out they aren't too great either.
