The offsides was called by a black ref, I noticed.
PNG erred in trying to force plays for #19. It disrupted the flow of the offense. He finally scored, of course. That two point play (the option) was a great play.
The SOC offense really fell apart in the last three minutes.

PNG fired their coach 2 years ago. They hired Todd Dodge to lead a committee to find a new coach. He picked Jeff Joseph. Good resume including a stint with A&M, but he had never been a head coach. Most though he got the job based on his dad's name and some weren't happy with the hire. Todd Dodge knew something. All Joseph has done in 2 years is 2 trips to State with a State Championship. The culture change at PNG from Day 1 has been unreal.

Pretty clear PI right before the throw. The camera angle showed a good play by the CB but sit didn't catch the PI. (Probably should have been called D Holding). Either way it was a penalty.

Too bad we couldn't get Duncanville RB Caden Durham, 5'9 195lbs, another 10.28 100 meter player. Has 200+ yds rushing midway thru the 2nd qtr of the state championship game vs North Shore. Committed to LSU.
