If he commits soon it's probably sip but he almost commited to the good guys at the pool party. Currently he's not expected to commit until mid-season but could easily be Nov/Dec before he does.

A recruitment that will likely go into November unless things have changed. No insider information, just looked through the offer list. Looked thin in some area, but talent wise there's 9 kids you don't turn down.

Maybe. But even if he does, he will likely continue to communicate with A&M
I'd lean towards Texas still signing him, but if we have a good year on the field, we will land a couple no one expects us to. That could end up being a guy like black.

It's an ever moving target.
The general rule of thumb is, if you can add a guy who upgrades the roster, the number increases by one.
Last year we could have taken more, but many guys weren't upgrades to the roster. We ended up with 30 including the transfers but had room for 35. Same can happen this year. If 10 more elite talents want to come in, I have no doubts we'd make room for them. But if only 5-7 more guys upgrade the room, we may only take 5-7.
That's interesting considering that last year is viewed as a down year.
It just feels like we're in a lot better shape going into this season.
