Replay booth can call for a review up until the ball is snapped. Sometimes it gets signaled a few seconds before the ball is snapped, and another play gets run anyways. It happens.riverrataggie said:

I have watched a lot of football (high school and college) and I have seen bad football..... I have never been so frustrated watching a DC in my life.
