Has never been so much fun.

This time I say it with high expectation, rather than with a feeling of resignation and BAS.

I think next year we will see many of the 5*s on the field learning and being productive. 2023 will see all of them kicking butt. Natty time, I dare say??

I don't know about Natty. But I long for the days when we step on the field and every team fears our helmet.
They see the logo and they believe they have lost before they start.

That's the way it was in the 90's. Teams began to fight us off the field and this time we are ready for that fight.

Get your licks in now. Cause we are coming and hells coming with us.

2023 winning the West is a bare minimum expectation

I really hope the Ags can make the playoffs before any expansion happens. That's a club we want to be a part of. We never made a BCS game and that's a stain on our record.
As long as Saban's at Bama and they're still recruiting the way they are, "winning the West" should never be "a bare minimum expectation".

As high as I am on the Aggie's future, beating Bama's still a stretch goal every year. The fact that we beat them by a few points in recruiting this year narrows the talent gap significantly, but we're still a good bit behind them in the number of 4 and 5 star athletes on the roster.

That's the sad reality of playing in the most competitive division in the country. I think we'll get a natty out of this, but you can't go into the SEC West thinking you deserve a natty to start the year. It'll always be a tough climb.

In 2010, Florida landed a class rated as top 5 of all time(top class for 2010). They followed it up by going 7-6(2011), 11-2(2012), and 4-8(2013). What has set Alabama apart is they have landed these types of classes year after year. This year's recruiting class is step 1 and it could very well lead to a national championship at any time(including 2022) BUT Jimbo's goal is to build a program that dominates for decades, just like Bowden did at Florida St.
