As far as watching the game, I think your best bet would be a VPN and streaming the game on your choice of app. I think you can probably do a free trial of Sling/Fubo to get ESPN if you don't otherwise have a subscription.

Edinburg in in the Valley, Edinburgh is in Scotland. If you go across to Reynosa, be careful.

The game is being shown on the UK's version of ESPN. Maybe the place you are staying at has the BT Sport Pak which would include ESPN.

Are there casinos in Edinburgh?

In 2014 ... was in London during the A&M v S Carolina game ... went to a casino and they had a bunch of monitors with various live games.

Got them to tune our game ... at least 12 Former Students randomly showed up to watch... good times

I watched the NC game from Oz on a friends AT&T login with Direct TV on a laptop. Worked well. No VPN necessary.

The Sporting Globe Bar & Grill in Melbs put the Aggie game on the big screen so we could watch the NC State beat down with a few local Ags. I called ahead and they said they would do it. It was early in the day and didn't interfere with anything locals would want to watch anyway. Shout out to their staff, they were awesome.

I recommend a pub for the atmosphere if you can. If not, bootleg or VPN as necessary.
