Ok, I'm done. Zack might be a good kid and a fellow Latino but he just doesn't have it....yet.

Perhaps he will one day but he just isn't ready.

Time to decide if we use this season to get him ready (throw in the towel) or move on to another backup, which could cause lack of confidence in future QB recruiting.

We are close but too young and too inexperienced where it shows on tv.

Well because I always support Hispanics amd Latinos but his play is making it extremely difficult.

YUp. Sadly Zach is not the answer. I hope he can be one day but he isn't the answer this year.

Pretty much going to write off this year as a rebuilding year with an eye towards getting better for the future.

i kind of a pride thing, us hispanics dont see many pro football players let alone qb's we kinda root a bit extra for them

The thing that's frustrating is that he has the arm talent to make throws that even elite college qbs can't…..but he doesn't have it between the ears and the dude is just lost.

He missed so many wide open slants…I don't even want to know what was open on the safety, glad the tv didn't show it.

I was always proud of the Latino representation at tamu. Two of my best friends in college were. I find it humorous that the leftists in Austin (and others) say that we are a racist school.

I wish Calzada would pull his head out of his ass and play like he can. I think it's be cool for the Hispanics to have someone to rally around. My good friend who was Asian and him and his buds were nuts over day Nguyen.

When you are a Latino and can count on one finger the number of Latinos playing D1 and NFL football then perhaps you might root fiercely for one at your school.

If this were the men's soccer board you might have a point.
