With almost all of the hype surrounding the CFB playoff, it devalues the other larger bowls. Good teams, that didn't make the playoff will have more opt outs, players leaving early for the draft, etc. You will have more lackluster efforts and low energy games like this.
Then expand the damn playoff and everyone who doesn't make it, their season is done.
Just like every other flipping sport.

I've never understood the whole "ah they don't want to be there so it doesn't really count..." What a dumb contradiction.
It's not hard to figure out when you're playing a team with a very different roster bc their starters decided not to play

But they're allowed to opt out because of covid. Is that wrong?

I hope this opting out will be a thing of the past once covid is gone.
I think opted out will be one of those ick terms everyone will be sick of, like social distancing or flatten the curve.bslater07 said:Mr. Black said:

Oklahoma is without 3 starters and Florida is without 4 starters. Oklahoma is just the much better team.

OU - 7
Trask - 10
Florida - 0
Actually interceptions aren't on him. The receivers aren't running routes precisely enough to throw to a spot like Florida usually does. This is causing tips and interceptions.

So now we get to see a quitter during the game wishing the team he quit on "good luck". He can EFF off and so can ESiPN for putting g the quitter on TV!
