Remember when A&M jumped out 10-0 on LSU the first ten minutes of the 2011 Cotton Bowl? Eventually, it was evident that LSU and the SEC was vastly superior.

Yes but that's a lifetime of an NFL QB telling kids in Florida to go somewhere else. Most coaches won't risk their career on that type of choice, even if it might be the best chance to win today.

NFL teams don't factor PR into making their draft picks. (Except for maybe the Eagles. Who knows what they base their picks on.)

The big injury was Michael Hodges at middle linebacker. After he went out our defense couldn't stop them.

What are you smoking? I remember most gushing over Hurts to win the Heisman at some point. Hurts was not some bum out there.
