This was the "grassroots" effort by the texags poster with the master of real estate who was hired by the company (that was at one point involved, maybe still is) in developing the property? LOL no thanks.

Hard for me to wrap my head around the claims that there will be "water features," more trees than before, yet more tailgating space. But I haven't been to "Aggie Park" in quite some time and maybe the levelling of ground will make that possible.

It will be a fantastic upgrade. 50% of the area is unusable due to slope. I'm sure everyone will be upset because change is so hard on their tiny little minds, but it should be a great extension of kyle field.
