That's a simple play. One quick read for freshman quarterback. Throw an easy slant to guy with one on one coverage.

A&M rarely runs it.

Jimbo is still a better coach than KDS. But I always said we were fools to give a 10 year contract, especially at that money level. This is the worst time to find out that we have bought a pig in a poke, with the big 12 orange team resurgent. This could be the Fran era all over again, setting us back at least five years.

Prove me wrong, Jimbo! PLEASE!!!

We absolutely needed points on the first possession to be in the game. instead of fumble deep in our own zone, and let them quickly to score to go up 3 possessions...jesus

I wish it was just "A&M will be ass this year. Not a single good thing will happen for another 3+ years."

How do you not come in excited and prepared to play in such a pinnacle game AT HOME on National TV?

I saw it in the body language in the first few snaps. Uninspired, out of position. We lost before kick. Again.

Really disappointing.

Having a respectable national championships winning coach come in and proclaim how everything is going to be different only to witness what seems the same performance over the past two decades, with an exception here and there, is demoralizing.

Hard to have hope when the past keeps resurfacing.
