I've been saying it all along. The "we don't need them" mantra is going to be a lot less convincing when they have cakewalks to playoff contention and we don't get a shot at them.
I don't care. The BS of them playing Kansas and Baylor is a farce. We need to be the best. Texas will never do anything but win consolation games against teams that didn't make the playoffs. B12 fails every time in the playoffs.

Piss-poor effort by Georgia and their coaching staff. The Dawgs talked all sorts of crap about Notre Dame over the weekend and they obviously were not prepared to play tu tonight.

Of course you won if you took Texas to win. But, I am curious about those who bet the over/under. I don't know if that last td had any affect on whether people won or lost money. I would have to know the over/under. Congratulations on winning some money.

Yeah about that SEC meat grinder... it sure looks like teams with similar records from other conferences can hang with SEC teams. Alabama is ludicrously good. Before tonight I would have said Georgia too. Outside of that SEC looks like just another conference. That's not even bad. The SEC is a good conference with good teams and great fans. Just the idea that SEC is so much better top to bottom than everyone else is false. There are good teams all over..

Being in the SEC doesn't mean we're underrated. I think it's more accurate to say that SEC West is the hardest path to CFB Playoffs. Just too many good (tu caliber) teams plus a perpetual powerhouse. If you think that's changing, then look at recruiting rankings.

And SEC West 4-1 in bowls this year.
But only way a non-SEC Champ team makes the playoff is if that team is Bama. No one else gets the nod as non-Champ.
