The nation mourns the loss and honors the life of George H. W. Bush

Former President George H. W. Bush, one of the greatest men to walk the earth, passed away late last night and the nation has been posting memories and condolences throughout the morning.

One of my favorite memories from working at TexAgs was witnessing George and Barbara Bush show up at Johnny Manziel’s pro day. An already bizarre scene became surreal, and I vividly remember the kindness both displayed to every person who approached them (and there were a lot).

Thank you for your service to this country, your vast contribution to Texas A&M University, and your immeasurable impact across the world. Rest in peace, 41. Here.
