It's a one read play. They're treating him with kid gloves in those situations, which means the play call has to be right and execution has to he great.

USCe no doubt saw our success on short slants last week and is prepared.

Wasn't there, simple as that. A veteran QB/WR combo sees the DB undercut that route and attack the middle of the field.

I don't know what you people want. They were in man coverage in a 3rd and relatively short. The slant was there, that is the correct play call, it was a great defensive play.

Am I missing something? ESPN watch only has a sky cam and what seems like a mic on the camera... I mean I kinda like it, but is there a commentary option?
