I played against Thompson's defense (as the DC under Dan Hooks) when I was in high school and he had a dude playing for him named Kevin Smith. It was somewhat less than fun.
Pretty clear that AW offensive line has been coached to hold and they are daring the officials to enforce the rules. So far they've let them play. The best tackles so far in this game have involved guys who don't have the ball.
Carthage fumbles back to the 8-yard line. The entire right side of the offensive line jumped before the snap but the refs didn't throw a flag. Just really super great officiating so far in this one from the political appointees of TASO.
Touchdown Carthage. 8 minutes and 10 seconds left in regulation. Ball popped out as the quarterback was crossing the line but it looked like Carthage recovered.
