Why, the state did this a couple years ago and the got three kids and none were football players.
That is because to make it "fair" they spent as many resources randomly testing 9th grade girls volleyball players as they did varsity football and baseball. There was only a minuscule chance that a player would be tested.

You have obviously never seen him play in person. He cannot play QB at the D1 collegiate level.. I doubt he could even play QB at the FCS level.
He is a great 2A player . He has a great record and 3 state titles that nobody can ever take away from him... But those of you expecting him to be a superstar at A&M may be expecting way too much.
