And this CBS article where it states:

Some of the "cleared a few hurdles" includes Spav taking a different role and/or a pay cut.

If Spav stays and someone like Spurrier comes on. What position to Spurrier coach? QB's? Does he become a walk-around offense coordinator?

If he is a walk-around, we gotta fire someone on defense to keep that many offensive coaches. Do we get rid of one of our d-line coaches and just have one guy in charge of all four d-linemen?

We don't really use TE's, but we need a special teams coach in Banks. Gotta keep him.
