Lastly, why can't anyone tell me when my tickets will mail. I paid my outstanding balance and have checked back only to be told it can take a few days for them to be mailed. I paid the mysterious remaining balance 3 days ago and no notification or ability to answer my question on when they will mail.

The 12th man note that went out today instructed folks that haven't gotten their tickets to call. Better late than never I guess?

Also bummed to hear flash seats was down. I wanted to transfer my Ball State tickets but couldn't do it and neither could the person that answered the ticket line earlier today.
