I have always hated the t-shirt fan argument (like others unless it's just ignorant trash talk). There are plenty of good people out there who are Ags at heart and who have more Aggie spirit then a lot of graduates I know. You have ties to A&M with your family and i hope you get your MBA and become a graduate! Gig 'em!

Yes and welcome. Don't mind the posters on TexAgs. Most are a p i s s poor representation of the Aggie Family. I do agree with the "don't talk trash" mantra. I think that is good advice for all Ag fans, diploma or no.

The more my family visited Aggieland, the more I've fallen in love with it. I look up A&M history, pictures and facts almost on a daily basis now. Basically now i'm hoping to attend A&M for my MBA in a couple years.

I would really like to be a fan and root for the Aggies and plan on attending some football games with my sister, but not sure if I can do without judgement so since I did not go to the school.

Support a&m and I believe most Ags will gladly give or buy you a beer at a game in welcoming you with open arms, but don't aggressively talk **** to other schools. It just seems lame.

I appreciate this post because it means OP has a lot of respect for the dedication of our fanbase. Everyone has a right to root for A&M. But could you imagine if someone posted on a t.u. forum asking if they could be longhorn fans? That's like asking if you can go to Walmart lmao.

I still think the guy is a troll, but that's just me. Since when does anyone come to a message board to ask permission to root for a particular team. I didnt ask any of you clowns anything. That, plus I been watchin A&M since 1970 so I have that goin for me. And daughter graduated class of '09. But I never thought I had to have permission.

Just needed to ask since in my opinion if you didn't graduate and pay money towards the school what right do you have to be a fan of the school? (unless your family has alumni)

Aright, so after reading these comments, I feel better about buying that Lonestar Aggie polo I've been eyeing and taking the Starline Gameliner shuttle from Houston to every home game this year!
