Soft, weak, slow, and inept. No clue as what to do on any given play. I think it is a total lack of development mixed with no defensive or better yet football instincts.

Has to be the worst defense in Aggie history.

Backup QB on one side. Garrett on the other. Jam the receivers at the line...throw off the backup QB timing, give Garrett an extra second to get there. Seems like a brilliant mind like Hagen and Co. would be thinking that by now. Obviously, the "play 20 yards off and keep everything in front of us" BS isn't working.
the "keep them in front of you" defense doesn't really work when you're D can't tackle for crap
One more reason we shouldn't be employing that strategy on defense.

The pick 6 dive? It could easily be argued that he dove to get past the defender approaching him. No flag.


On the int the DB actually was tackled by his teammates and went to the ground.
