What I do feel confident in saying though is that I trust this site more than any other to not make sh** up like other sites do. They are careful, cautious, and conservative with the things they are putting out there and a lot of us appreciate that.

Oh, and banning customers who disagree with you is weak. Intelligent, confiden people welcome disagreement... especially when that disagreement comes from paying customers
I'm one of those paying customers I was referencing, and your response to me is one of those thin-skinned, petulant responses other people were referencing. Try this:
I'm sorry you are unhappy with the product I am marketing. While I attempt to provide good service to everyone, please understand that I take my job seriously and I take jabs at my professionalism personally.
That's how an adult "business owner" would respond to hundreds of his customers all saying the same thing
Use the Lean/Six Sigma approach. Before firing off at your customers just so you can get the last word, ask yourself, "Does this add value to my customers and therefore my business?" If the answer is no (it is), then just don't type that angry response
I'm not perfect. Don't pretend to be. Never have. Never will. I also obviously don't subscribe to the Lean/Six Sigma approach. Perfection is tough to achieve and I'm clearly not nearly as business savvy as you are. I'm pretty sure this Six Sigma thing doesn't account for customers like the dysfunctional family we have here. I'm confident in saying this is uncharted territory for the experts doling out the advice and formulas that you've built your 'adult business' upon.
Keep fighting the good fight, maybe one day you'll change me and I'll go to one of your leadership workshops or subscribe to one of your theories and implement it in the workplace.
