Straight up? Fine, why not. I'll consider it an emotional hedge bet. I live in Bee Cave- Lakeway too, so I'll be easy to find.
I get Ags. You get Hogs. Straight up.

We won, and I am glad we did. In fact, winning one in that fashion may end up being better than a blowout for us in the long run.
But if you can't also admit that those of us who had concerns weren't proven right about those concerns, then you're not being honest with yourself.

I think most of our concerns have been addressed. Our offense will not be that bad again and the defense stepped up and won us a game in the SEC West.

quote:Please post link on this thread to where I said we would score 50 plus and blow Arky out. All I did was say I thought the Ags would win, which they did. You predicted an Arky victory by double-digits. So I'm very unclear as to why my prediction was so much more ridiculous than your prediction.
Sup my n-words? Been a long weekend, sorry for the delay. I'm on it now though. And before you go acting all high and mighty Aginlakeway, just remember that my prediction was spot on aside from the one in a million miracle finish, and much more accurate than your ridiculous claim that we would score 50 plus and blow Arky out. Anyway, I get that most of you sunshine pumping millenial dorks don't have any experience with the game of football that doesn't involve a video game console, but let this be a lesson that just because we don't all drink the Kool-Aid doesn't mean we don't know what we're talking about. Gig em!

But seriously, Arky's ball control offense is legit and I think we're going to have serious problems stopping it. Plus, our offense looked very pedestrian against Rice which causes concern playing a much improved Arkansas team.
quote:Again, please post link where I posted anything other than the fact that I thought A&M would win the game. That's really all that matters.
Well, if you're referring to yourself, I think you should be ashamed (given your vast football knowledge) that you thought my prediction below was so outlandish that it caused a 6 page e-fight...

quote:I agree with you on this one sir. I now think we'll be 7-0 headed to Bama.
Nah, not worried about MSU in the least. That's not the kind of team that's going to give us problems.
quote:absolutely agreed. The short sighted mrs. state fan will probably look at our narrow victory over Arkansas and rejoice, but I 100% think that both the things we did well and the things we did poorly point to utter destruction next week.
