I'm a coach at "The Ridge" it is what the students/principal/teachers call it.
Coach Dereck Rush has OR heading in the right direction!
BTW...Kid in pic is Sophomore QB Braden Letney. Mom was a VB player for Ags. Going to be really special. Started since 6th game of his Freshman year.

I don't really have a problem, necessarily, with it being called "The Ridge," it's just not my style. But if the kids like it and it's what folks are calling it nowadays, go for it.
I follow the team as best I can via the Chronicle online (I live in Austin). Looks like they're headed in the right direction for sure. Glad to see it...And glad to see there's a fellow '02 Ag coaching there!

At Vandegrift, when the team comes out of the locker room, they pass by Matthew's saber on the way to the field. Each game we also have an area military member honored before the game. We are a fairly new school but some of the traditions we have started are really great to be a part of.
What is McKinney High School wearing these days?

I also liked ours at Midland High fall 2002.

The bias towards some of your own high schools is embarrassing. For example, the Southlake uniforms are not that great, but obviously some of you are blinded by your pride.
