We'll see how it turns out, but I like things like this way better than hideous statues of people wearing cargo shorts

When that avenue of trees is mature there will be a (mostly) unbroken canopy going from the EKG statue to the JDC Heisman statue located at the top of the tunnel ramp - over 200 yards. It's going to be one of the iconic views of college sports seeing a sea of maroon crowding the street under the tree canopy, and will look awesome up lit at night.

Really one of my favorite features of the new stadium and something that influenced my Spence Park thoughts.

Look how small they columns are compared to the stadium. They're no taller than the trees their planting alongside them.
