Those renderings are basically a year old at this point, so many small changes have occurred. It seems that the SEZ brick is most likely one of them.

It has not topped out. They have to close Bright before the can lift the final sections into place.

It's somewhere around 2/3 toward terminal height.

All the renderings show the SEZ as slightly taller than the east decks. It's certainly not there yet.

mmh, not sure what you're asking. If you're referring to the "portal" entrances that are on second/third deck student side, those never existing on the east first deck to begin with. People always entered from the very top of the deck (see photo).



You'll also notice that the new sections are wider than the old ones were, but this is mainly because the seats themselves are so much wider. There will still be approximately the same number of seats across in a given section.

I stopped today and took some pictures. However, when I was about halfway around, my phone decided to freeze up and it still hasn't unfroze. Once it does I'll post the pictures that I did get

The east side portals were removed in the 80's when the Read Bldg was built.

Did you try forcing a restart? I know on my mine I can force a reboot by holding volume up and the power button for 10 seconds.

Integrating the battery was a horrible idea, from the consumer's view. I destroy batteries and generally have to change mine every year. I buy bigger batteries on amazon for less than $15.

Is there any benefit to having a non-removable battery? maybe infinitesimally thinner?

Thinner I think is one. Two might be a better case seal to keep out moisture. I remember having a phone a few years ago that died because it got too humid outside. The humidity indicator on the battery was fine, but the one inside had turned pink. I'm not an expert, just my guess.


Also, my Android has a built in battery...

If we're gonna get technical, that's going to be the press box, and then the canopy will go on later, but I get what you're saying, and I'll get more next time

That's canopy. The press box will hang underneath the structure in place (which is now at terminal length, btw)
