I think that's a great idea. Maybe we even get some of Nebraska's B10 rivals. I think we should wait until day 5+ though when its clear other schools won't make up the ground, otherwise it could backfire.

Hopefully they are checking facebook accounts against a database of IPs and deleting the votes that come from IPs that cast 50+ votes.

If you've got some free time start telling people not on texags about the vote (email A&M coworkers, have them tell their kids, coerce your book club, leverage the pulpit)

What I don't understand is that here on texags, the board is practically dominated by people talking about the vote. I've been to every husker board I could find and most of them only have a single one page thread on the subject. Yet they still have just as many votes.

There are usually anywhere from 10-15 thousand people on texags at a time. Why are we not averaging about 15 thousand votes a day?

We need to have this stickied on every forum staff.

also the Batt emailed me back and said they didn't have room to run it in the paper. I say more people email them and maybe if they get enough emails they will put it in again.
