Would anyone be interested in the aluminum vanity plates? I found a site where I can order them, and if there is enough interest, they will be less than $10 each. I know this is looking like a done deal, but I still would like to have one on my vehicle (here in Arkansas, you don't need front plates).

Greg if you happen to read this, Thank you! I received the stickers and have been distributing them to Aggies around Katy and Houston. Everyone has been thrilled.

As we look forward to midnight and toast our official entrance into the SEC I just wanted to thank everyone who participated in the SECede movement which started right here on TexAgs in the zoo.

Obviously nothing would have been accomplished without the great leadership of Loftin, Box, Wilson, Stallings, and many others. I do however think that the grassroots SECede movement let our leaders know that Aggies everywhere were in support of this move, especially towards the end when we were fighting Starr and all of his underhanded tactics.

About 6,000 free SECede bumper stickers were shipped out from St. Thomas and Puerto Rico. There were many bumper stickers placed in strategic locations on St. Thomas. Cruise ship passengers from Texas and the southeast would look in amazement as they saw aTm SECede stickers on an island more than 1,000 miles southeast of Miami.

I appreciate everyone who requested a bumper sticker and supported the SECede movement. I want to thank those that made SECede t-shirts and everyone who spread the word. Even back in July of 2010 when I started designing SECede bumper sticker #1 I knew that the SEC was our destiny and that it would be very tough to get there.

I have watched this since you tried to get in a couple of years ago and am totally amazed how the average A&M fan would not accept anything but a move to the SEC. Congratulations, you made it!!

I just wish the folks of Tennessee would adopt that same spirit and demand that our state secedes from the US government. The politicians in Washington are our enemies.....time for us to leave.

I'm sure that would be a wonderful decision on your part and work out just fine.

I know a lot of tu fans and they are all jealous of us. Once their crappy LHN television officially fails and ends, they will try to join the SEC who won't accept thema and will settle for the PAC.

My hat is off to you. To be honest, when this whole thing started I thought there was little chance of leaving the sips behind.

But I read your Secede threads and got caught up in the idea of using bumper stickers to get the message out there.

You were nice enough to send me a few and the next thing you know...and now here we are joining the SEC.

Wow.

I suspect that you had a lot more influence on the process than anyone will ever know.

Thanks for the comments. I went to the AD press conference at the MSC and I'm excited to have Eric Hyman as our AD. His SEC experience and Texas background will get us off to a running start in the SEC.

Are there any of these bumber stickers left? Would love to put one on the truck do to the historical badassedness of it.

No bumper stickers left...the last few were sent out about the time of the official announcement back in September 2011.
