FiA, full body. I was the Q and led a workout I borrowed from another group. Total burner!

4 miles, some on trail. I didn't sleep well and was pretty tired...almost didn't go, but still got the miles logged.

20 kb swings @45

Then rest 2min then:

2min good effort bike
15 burpee jump to 4" plate

Then rest 2 mins then:
