Day nine for me.

Solid workout this morning. Getting more and more comfortable with my routine.

Snapped a photo to compare to day one and noticed some progress. Obviously nothing significant… but those baby steps keep me motivated.

25m sled push 450#
12 devils press with 2x35 dumbbells
12 thrusters with 2x35 dumbbells

A bit of gymnastics work and core work to cool down
