I have seen a few CBD threads and just looking for CBD for sleep. I am in Texas and would like a reputable company I can order online. I have tried local guy who said his company oil was 'great' and no luck. Looking for someone who has used the product. Thanks in advance.

do you get drug tested at work? If not, i'd look at delta 8.

if you do, then stick with straight cbd.

I also saw they were coming out with some sleep ones with melatonin in them, but I haven't needed that. Take one and in about 45 min I'm out. I started taking these because my mind would be racing at night thinking about some work projects. These seemed to quiet that noise for me.

Curious if melatonin worked for you before moving to CBD? I have not been very lucky with melatonin and why looking for recommendations.

There's also delta8thc + cbn which has similar effects as ambien, allegedly for sleep/pain. The cbd+melatonin tablets have been extremely effective for me to get back to sleep instead of staying awake and feeling the anxiety of not knowing enough, losing ground, etc and consuming media/books/games until sunrise after kiddos wake me up.

Oil-based products will process through the gut and filter out much of the cannabinoids.
My products are either nano-emulsified and/or water soluable, or the tablets have the cannabinoids bonded to a sugar molecule, this process bypasses the gut filtration.

Oil-based bio availability = 8-14%
Mine = 98+%

100mg oil -> 8-14 mg bioavailable
100mg mine-> 98mg+ bioavailable

Try a side-by-side if you don't trust the random texagger, theres a YUGE difference in product successes

i didn't have much luck with melatonin either.

It worked sometimes with me, to get me to sleep, but I'd still wake up in the middle of the night thinking about something and be unable to fall asleep again.

Melatonin usually doesn't kick in for me until later in night/early morning. Then I have the craziest dreams.

Interesting. I have recently started having lots of sleep issues. I think it's stress/work related, but even when I don't feel stressed and work isn't bad, I still have sleep issues. Melatonin can get me to sleep if I take enough, but if I take too much I wake up in the middle of the night and unable to fall asleep again. If I take just a tiny bit, it does help me fall asleep a little sooner, but it only helps if I'm already relaxed.

CBD does sound interesting. But, I'm pretty sure I'm technically prohibited from using any CBD product, including lotions, shampoos, etc. Realistically I know there's no way I'd get caught, but still, would rather not lose a career over it.

I've had a wide range of "sleep" requests.

1. Cbd night time is exceptional, for me, I get anxious when I wake up/before falling asleep and either the melatonin or the cbd gets me recognizing my body's signals for "tired" instead if filtering/ignoring it in lieu of trying to understand and solve all the worlds problems before dawn.

2. Lack of sleep from pain, cbd helps, d8thc helps, d8+CBN is supposed to be very good, but I haven't tried that yet to report back and only sent a few samples to people thus far and they haven't made it through the samples yet.

3.yes federally legal. Check Louisiana but only 6 states have made any rules against d8.

But whether it'll work for you its hard to know until you try.

I tried Delta 8 gummies Friday night I bought at a local CBD store in Denton County and it messed me up something terrible. Still woke up around 3:30 (which is what I was trying to stop doing by taking it) and couldn't get back to sleep, but I was seriously messed up until well into the afternoon. Just light headed, groggy, dizzy, didn't even feel completely conscious.

So I'm back to square 1. I'm going to take the Delta 8 back to the store (they gave me a free sample to try so I never broke the seal on the bottle) and will exchange it for just some plain jane CBD oil.

I want to use these so badly. I deal with a great amount of pain from a bad hip, but I am afraid of failing drug tests.

Cbd won't fail a drug test, and a sophisticated drug test won't cause you to fail if delta I is in your system, since delta 9 is being tested for. Cheap ones will just see thc and you'd fail

I hope I'm not the only one flagging these rooks.
