Why does it seem like most online "experts" are for one or the other? I'm trying to do 3 days strength and 3 days cardio. However some trainers are saying if I do cardio for longer than 30 minutes I will kill my strength exercises.
I'm not looking to body build, I just want to be lean and healthy. I'm curious what others do? I can't just lift weights and do sprints. That sounds really boring.
