I can count on one hand the number of 5:00's I've actually pulled off. Feels great, but dang near impossible with toddlers.

Do I need to do anything before doing the Discover your Power Zone classes? Are there multiple options with different instructors for this or is it simply 1 large program that you can take?
I don't think this is really aimed at replacing the challenges that PZP does. I was under the impression it was just a continuation of the Discover Your Power Zones program. There is no social component and it is just a way for people who just learned about their zones to see how to improve their FTP.Scriffer said:
Kinda sucks for Angie. They're really coming after that segment, which I totally get. She's put a lot of work into the program and building community and relationships, so I'll stick with that as long as I can.

Looks like they're doing another PowerZone program on the bike. Through Peloton itself. You should have received an email today
Our next round of @verzuzonline classes start 7/21. This time it's @RickRoss and @2chainz. Who will you be repping on the Leaderboard? pic.twitter.com/YEerera7yQ

The team 3-69 Facebook group is open if you want to say hello to the group. There should be a link in your email.

I'm in the group but not on Facebook. Is there any way for folks not on Facebook to connect?
Would you mind sharing your height, weight and age? Always curious to see how these numbers compare.TheClaw07 said:
Ride 250 today. Decided to go live so Hannah Corbin was my only option and enjoyed it. Got a new 30 minute PR after hitting one yesterday too!
I think this challenge is going to ramp up a bit faster since it is only a 6 week challenge with no recovery week in the middle.gcracker13 said:
It was definitely more difficult than I thought a week 2 ride was going to be
