I am but I'm only doing it because it fits into my schedule today. Not sure what I'm signing myself up for

If you want to join the PZ Summer Challenge ask to be on team Beast T-69. Several Aggies on the team and they are looking for more members

Then you're doing it right. No one likes a good FTP test.TraditionsPD said:
I hate the FTP too. I do it about once a quarter.

Wasn't planning on doing the FTP test this challenge, but ended up resetting my zones anyway. Another 2% increase. Not quite the increases I would like to see, but that's been pretty consistent the last 3 or so "test"

My wife just joined the team also. It will be her first PZ Pack challenge. Leaderboard name is TXWaterwench.

Scriff, did it feel easy at the end? Could you do another, ie. a legit 2x20? You'll know pretty quickly if the upper end of Z4 is easy. If so, bump it up a bit.

Thanks! In now.
Posted this on the 6/1 and have been riding ever since. With a diet change, rides and a couple of weight sessions thrown in, I'm already down 9LBS (210 to 201). Obviously a bunch of water weight, but I'm counting it. Time to start getting a real mix of rides and weights in!RushHour said:
After a 6 week wait, my Bike+ arrives tomorrow!
Without re-reading this massive thread, any suggestions on a 1st ride for a skinny fat (just fat?) 38 year old?
