Thanks it was so hard and I loved it. I had to do all the recoveries at Z1, but I'm coming back to this ride.

I do the on-demand ones usually Wilpers or Morton, so any time that works.

I generally ride about 6am central, but I'm open to a bit earlier or later.

The FTP Test is the hardest by a mile.

I assumed all power zone rides would be killer, but I found they're typically easier. Even PZ Max rides have recovery in zone 1 or 2.

Yikes... I was hoping by some miracle I'd get it sooner. How far out what your initial delivery? The earliest date for me was about 6 weeks after my order.

Just did Denis's 45min PZ ride from 10/8 ... i really enjoyed increasing the cadence while feathering down the resistance to stay in Z3 during the last song, Alphabet Aerobics

Oh man I'm not sure if imma be up for it on Sat! Been ramping up for a Wed. FTP for awhile now. Kinda interested to see if/how I improve here. This will be my 3rd one. Went from 289 in April to 295 back in August. That second one was right as I was getting back on the Peloton after baby #2 came along, so I wanna see if I improve on 295 at all. Thinking I will, but who knows--I'm not the best test-taker in the world lol

I am going to do mine next week it is optional this week. I went from 194 July (2 weeks after getting my bike) to 269 in August and I am still trying to adjust

Use somebody's referral code when you buy the bike and the shoes are pretty cheap.
