Yo I really enjoy Vande Veldes pro cycling rides. Strongly recommend.
I did that the other day...was planning to do a 30 min PZE ride as a nice recovery after a couple of days of harder rides. My wife came in and started talking while I was picking which class to do and distracted me. When I started riding what I thought was going to be a nice relaxing 30 mins in zones 2 & 3, suddenly I hear Olivia start talking about how much time we will be spending in zones 4, 5, & 6. By the time I was finished, I figured my recovery idea was wrecked, so I went ahead and stacked another 30 min PZE ride on the end just because...bthotugigem05 said:
I accidentally picked a regular 60-minute power zone ride instead of the PZE ride I intended. Will not make that mistake again.
MPaceLine app. If you pay for a cheap subscription, it will overlay the PZ targets on the graph. I just didn't do it for this one because the targets were slightly off.Nitro Power said:
What app or how are you getting that chart?
One thing I noticed this morning accidentally was my PR for my 75 min ride is 911, and my PR for my 60 min ride is also 911. I probably took the 75 min ride 8-12 months ago, but I posted because it just goes to show that consistency and power zone training does in fact work.
Have a great Saturday everyone.

Doing the Wilpers 90-minute PZE from 8/3/19 at 630am before church tomorrow if any want to join!
i've done some really stupid crap on a computrainer and on a wahoo. 3 hours plus 7 days straight (two years in a row) and a 24 hour two person relay with the wife (all fundraisers), but i don't think i could stay on a peloton for 2 hours.txags92 said:
I have done 2.5 hrs indoors before but that was with a few breaks to step off and walk for a few mins. 2 hrs nonstop is prob right at the limit of what I want to do indoors.
You can filter the leaderboard to only show #texasaggies. It will also show you anyone that's currently riding with that hashtag. Nothing amazing, but nice to see other Aggies riding.AggieOO said:
I added the hashtag, but not really sure what it does.
That class was ride #2 in this week's challenge rides, so I got to hear your shout out for the 2nd time last night too. "Dr Beer...paging Dr Beer!"mrsbeer05 said:
Hopped on a Denis Morton ride bc 2 #texasaggies were riding and it was the ride I did for my 100, so I got another shout out. Fun way to start my Wednesday.
