Just did the Hannah Corbin 30 min advanced beginner ride.

Was excited when I saw another #TexasAggies on the leaderboard filter...was amused to see a t-sip troll with our hashtag on the ride.

He thought he was pretty special when I let him had an 11 point lead until I blew off his doors by 20 with 8 min to go on the ride!

PS, I freaking HATE tu.

I have done 2.5 hrs indoors before but that was with a few breaks to step off and walk for a few mins. 2 hrs nonstop is prob right at the limit of what I want to do indoors.

Tough choice. Really depends on the "type" you go for. My top 3 would be Kendall, Olivia, and Emma, but if you asked me to put them in any particular order, I would give you a different response about every other day.

You really want to go down that path again. Rode peloton on vacation FOR FREE a few times At the hotel. Not my cup of tea, I don't like the classes, the bike is weird. Doesn't allow you to stop pedaling because pedals keep spinning. Other than live classes, you don't actually ride against other people. Etc etc.

Hot instructors are the only positive.

how does the ftp number compare to a bike computer? Pretty close?

No idea. I've never trained with power before. Everything in the past was heart rate based.

I will say I think this was the first time I did a test like this "right". I was barely holding on the last minute, so I think I've set a good baseline for future training.

I still get mine. He has been dropping in and high fiving quite a few people on the PZP challenge rides lately. Seems to mostly be doing it for rides early in the day. Never seen one in the evening when I typically ride.
