How about the poor man's Urus - aka RSQ8? Very fast, nice interior, relatively ok quality. Cayenne Turbo GT is effectively the same Porsche variant of the car.
You may struggle with 4 passengers and a dog depending on size of dog. Not a ton of cargo space behind the rear seat in my Cayene for all of that, but it's a great quick/nimble dog car for 2-3 people and "stuff".
If you ditch the truck, you could always buy a utility trailer for those Lowes/HD runs.
Another option - BMW is bringing the new M5 touring to the US. Nearly 1k HP with the hybrid drive, and I'd expect that S63 engine will be able to be tuned up much hotter very shortly. The electric range of the PHEV is ~25 miles so that would cover half of your daily commute. MSRP is under $140k.
