The stock leather seats in my Honda Pilot are pretty hard which is challenging for my lower back issues. Is there a high quality, OEM looking leather seat cover I could install for some added padding and comfort?

Not endorsing but I see a lot of coverland covers
On social media.

But you could also new foam and replacement covers on eBay.

Catskins are geat covers, but no padding. Doubt those would work with aded padding either.

Try the Seat Shop in Plano. They sell covers to match vehicle as well as replacement foam for the seats. They also have online videos for those that want to DYI.
