My passenger tail light is out on my 2016 Yukon. I took it to have the light replaced while I waited - automotive repair place that we have used for years once our vehicles are out of warranty. Apparently a burned out tail light requires the entire LED assembly to be replaced and that part is proprietary to GM and has a price tag of $799. The labor to install is $37.50. With tax, grand total is pushing $1000. Holy cow. For a freaking tail light. Is there a better way???
