And we should bump this thread every time some fool comes to the forum and tries to convince us that using AutoNation Ford is just as good or better than going with the 1Ags contact.
Its sad to hear this about autonation katy, as I have many friends that work there, and I used to buy all my cars there before AN took over. My buddy who is one of the upper mgmt there just left there for another dealer because of the frustrations that he has there.
I'd call and ask to talk to the GM of the dealer and politely express your frustrations.
