not that I know of, but they have to be close. I imagine the construction will simply move down 317 as they widen that.

i've heard from somebody in James construction that the overpass won't be done till next spring

still a lot of confusion due to the unpainted lanes and constuction barrels EVERYWHERE. They're just kinda placed in random spots.
