I didn't wind up going but it was like 3 hours long. Guess I'll ask others about it.

Guess I'll post about the events more for those that don't get the emails.

But on the flip side, I really don't have time during a weekday to attend events like this. Especially if they end up being 3 hours long. Saturday/Sunday events are much better for me.

Yeah, they had lunch then for the rest of the afternoon they had a brainstorming session on how to help the club. I got the impression it's struggling right now (not sure how...numbers, involvement, financial?).

Isn't Smith County one of the largest clubs outside of College Station?

I have no idea; I wasn't at the meeting. I was invited to attend by a board member and those were some of the subjects he mentioned. I don't know if it was a discussion about struggling with those things or if they're just talking about advancing those areas further within the club.
