I have a rental property that is empty and I would like to have a realtor take over getting it occupied. I don't really want to do a monthly management, just pay the first months rent, $950, for filling it. I am not sure if that is even an option anymore but if anyone has a reccomendation I would love to hear it

Maybe, if you are going to buy the 15 avres that go with it.

Honestly not really, it is good money maker when leased and is paid off. I am working a project 1000 miles away for a few months and that makes it hard to show.
