Anyone know of any good apartments for a single guy with no pets that are priced around $500 to $800?

I lived in Dove Tree Apartments off of rice road and old jacksonville. I paid $485 a month plus utilities and lived in a 425 square foot efficiency.
Tyler doesn't have any nice apartmenst except for one or two. They're all ghetto or government housing where burglaries, shootings, break ins are commonplace. Maybe look at the ones across from Hollytree subdivision. Anything around Shiloh and Paluxy stay away from!
There are plenty of nice apartments.
There is a brand new complex and a new one on Kinsey Dr. between the Loop and Rice Rd. There is a new complex on Shiloh south of Paluxy. There are a couple decent complexes on Grande around Hollytree. Also check around the square for renovated lofts.

i second the bridges at kinsey. very nice complex. i have some friends that live there and im over there alot hanging out.

i was bor and raised here except when i was at A&M. i won't be staying here forever, but it is a good place for my wife and i to strat our lives together. once I am done with my MBA we will be pursuing other places but i like tyler and what it has to offer my wife and i.

Tyler is my hometown and my family still lives there. I live in Houston now. I never said Tyler isn't a nice town ****** bags, I just said there wasn't many nice apartments available when I lived there, and was the case for a while. However, last time I was there it looks as though more are being built and more to choose from. Good luck in Tyler.

no guys., after driving in for a nightly show at the apache you need to head down to the intersection of 155 and grande. Time Out sits right there. It's a nice little tittay bar too. I believe it is owned by J.B. Smith (the sherrif)
